Biomarkers validation

A biomarker is a molecule present in blood, urine, split or in some cells or tissues whose presence indicates toxicity or illnes in the organism. It means, biomarker is a biological molecule that "mark" chemical, phisiologic and morphologist changes, associated with a pathology.

In this Unit is corroborated the presence of proteins inside its cellular and tissular context. The Unit has a equipment for microdissection laser and tissue microarrays production which will allow the molecular illness analisys with great precision as:

- Microtome for praffin RM2125RTXR

- Criostato CM3050 S

- Confocal Microscopy

- Tissue Fixes ATA-100

- Microdissection Laser System Veritas 704.
