The National Programme on Accountability, Transparency and Combat Corruption 2008-2012 has been prepared on the National Development Plan. It also takes into account the result of extensive consultation with relevant actors in society that have provided the elements of diagnosis and action.

Expressed in this program objectives, strategies and course of action, seeking to consolidate a state policy that will strengthen good practice in public administration.

The Program contributes to strengthening a culture of adherence to the law, and the construction of a public ethic that serves to establish values and principles to guide and orient the actions of public servants, and society in their interaction with institutions .
